摘要
兼职是指个体同时拥有多份工作的现象。笔者基于国外学者的研究,对兼职行为的相关理论进行了阐述,在此基础上对兼职行为的结果变量进行了总结,提出当前国内兼职行为研究的不足,并对未来进行了展望。
Part-time refers to the phenomenon that individuals have several jobs.Based on the study of foreign scholars,this paper discusses the theoretical rationale and outcome variables of part-time,finally it summarizes the shortcomings of existing research and makes prospects for future study.
