燃气发电厂风险源辨识及管理控制措施

Risk Source Identification and Management Control Measures for Gas-fired Power Plants

近年来由于燃气发电排放基本属于无污染物质排放,因此越来越多的发电厂改造使用燃气进行发电。然而因天然气本身具有易燃易爆性,所以在使用过程中为发电企业的安全管理带来了新的课题。本文以燃气发电厂运行为主线,分析燃气发电厂运行过程中涉及的设备设施、场所及作业,分析辨识风险源,对风险源进行描述,并基于风险源的特点提出有针对性的管控措施建议。

In recent years,more and more power plants use gas for power generation because the emission of gas power generation is basically pollution-free.However,the flammable and explosive nature of natural gas has brought new problems to the safety management of power generation enterprises.This paper analyses the equipment,facilities,places and operation involved in the operation of gas power plants,identifies and describes the risk source,and puts forward targeted management and control measures based on the characteristics of risk sources.
