In daily,smooth subjects with traces can be seen everywhere,crime scenes are no exception.Due to the diversity of smooth objects and shapes,it still has great challenges to discover and extract fingerprints.This paper introduces some practical methods for extracting fingerprints from the surface of the smooth objects to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the local public security organs.
