由于"互联网+"时代的到来,企业的组织结构正在发生巨变,企业需要与时俱进不断地改变和调整自己的组织结构,以顺应时代的发展。对"互联网+"背景下国内外相关组织结构理论进行综述,总结企业组织结构和企业组织结构创新的概念,整理总结企业集群组织结构创新理论解释的研究,基于"互联网+"条件下组织结构创新的研究。

Because of the advent of the"Internet plus"era,the organizational structure of enterprises is undergoing tremendous changes.Enterprises need to keep pace with the times and constantly change and adjust their organizational structure in order to adapt to the development of the times.This paper summarizes the theories of the relevant organizational structure at home and abroad under the background of"Internet+",summarizes the concept of enterprise organizational structure and the innovation of enterprise organizational structure,and summarizes the research on the theoretical explanation of the organizational structure innovation of enterprise clusters,based on the study of the organizational structure innovation under the condition of"Internet+".
