甘孜州摆脱贫困有一个过程,历史上贫困群众脱贫意识薄弱特征明显。要帮助甘孜州贫困群众树立脱贫意识,就应该强化思想教育,克服"等靠要"软骨病;狠抓技能输入和就业扶持,增强脱贫致富硬实力;在尊重传统、留住乡愁的同时引导群众改革不良生活方式,打造健康农民生活圈,努力激发脱贫活力。

There is a process to get rid of poverty in Ganzi Prefecture,and historically,poor people’s consciousness of poverty alleviation is weak.To help the poverty-stricken people in Ganzi Prefecture set up their awareness of poverty alleviation,we should strengthen ideological education,overcome the“wait-and-ask”shortcomings,pay close attention to skills input and employment support,strengthen the hard power of poverty alleviation and prosperity,guide the masses to reform the bad life style while respecting tradition and retaining nostalgia,create a healthy peasant life circle,and stimulate their vitality to get rid of poverty.
