老龄化趋势下发展社区老年教育的实践与探索

The practice and exploration of elderly education in community under the tendency of aging population

在老龄化趋势下,重视和发展社区老年教育具有现实性。但目前社区老年教育存在认识不足、管理体制不完善、经费不足、硬件设施不完善、师资力量缺乏、教学内容单一等问题。其应对策略有深入社区办老年教育班,构建专业化、多元化的社区老年教育师资队伍,整合社会各种资源,探索养教结合新模式等。

Under the tendency of aging population,it is necessary to value and develop the community education on the elderly.However,there exist many problems such as lack of recognition,imperfection of management systems,shortage of budget,inadequacy of teacher resources and the unitary teaching contents.The paper thus put forward strategies accordingly such as running classes for elderly in the community,constructing specialized and diversified teaching staff,integrating various social resources and exploring new models of combining supporting with educating the elderly.
