基于现代化发展的历史逻辑和中国具体的国情,中共十九大提出了在本世纪中叶将我国建成现代化强国的阶段性目标。现代化经济体系是现代化强国的经济基石,正确把握现代化经济体系的内涵不仅有助于理论层面的思想统一,也有助于对实践的正确指导。准确把握经济体系的内涵和现代化的内涵是界定现代化经济体系内涵的前提,从马克思主义理论逻辑出发,将经济体系理解为生产方式,即由产业发展体系和经济制度、体制构成的系统;依照世界现代化的一般规律和我国的具体国情,将现代化理解为经过努力后达到目标的状态。由此,现代化经济体系是现代化了的经济体系,是现代化了的产业发展体系和现代化了的经济制度和体制。

Correctly grasping the connotation of the modern economic system is not only conducive to the unity of ideas in the theoretical level, but also to the correct guidance of practice. Accurately grasping the connotation of economic system and modernization is the premise of defining the connotation of modern economic system. Starting from the logic of Marxist theory, the economic system is understood as a mode of production, that is, a system composed of industrial development system, economic system and mechanism. According to the general law of world modernization and the specific national conditions of our country, modernization is understood as a result of efforts. Thus, the modern economic system is a modernized economic system, a modernized industrial development system and a modernized economic system and mechanism.
