安徽省上岸渔民生活质量评价指标体系构建及其评价

Construction and Evaluation of the Evaluation Index System for the Life Quality of Fishermen on Shore in Anhui Province

渔民上岸是时代发展、政策因素和渔民家庭因素等多方面作用的结果,上岸后渔民的生活质量备受关注。在阐述安徽省上岸渔民生活背景的基础上,通过建立安徽省渔民生活质量评价指标体系,在上岸渔民群体中进行抽样调查,了解他们的基本生活状态,考察渔民的生活质量,并基于上岸渔民生活的满意度给出评价,对渔民现有的生活做了恰当的总结,提出了转变上岸渔民生活方式、进一步提高生活质量的对策建议。

Fishermen’s on shore is the result of the development of the times, policy factors and fishermen’s family factors. After on shore, fishermen’s quality of life has attracted much attention. On the basis of explaining the living background of fishermen on shore in Anhui province, through establishing the evaluation index system of fishermen’s quality of life in Anhui province, sampling survey was carried out among fishermen on shore to understand their basic living conditions, inspect fishermen’s quality of life, and based on the satisfaction degree of fishermen’s life on shore, an appropriate summary of fishermen’s existing life was made, and a change of fishermen’s life on shore was put forward.
