摘要
根据奥格本的文化堕距理论,大学生就业难问题,在某种程度上是制度变迁与价值观转变不一致造成的。在高等教育进入大众化发展阶段后,由于价值观的惯性特征、高等教育发展速度过快、新价值观损害了政策客体利益等原因,高校的教育观、大学生的择业观和企事业单位的用人观仍旧存在不同程度的滞后。现阶段,高校应通过深化教育改革、加强对大学生的就业指导、为大学生搭建良好的社会实践平台等,来有效缓解大学生就业难问题。
According to Ogburn’s theory of culture lap, the difficulty of college students’ employment is, in a certain degree, a problem that institution changes discord with values transformation. After the popularization of higher education, due to the inertia of values, the rapid development of higher education, and the damage of new values to the interests of policy objects, there are still lags in the educational outlook of colleges and universities, the outlook on college students’ career choice and the outlook on employment of enterprises and institutions. At present, colleges and universities should effectively alleviate the employment difficulties of college students by deepening educational reform, strengthening employment guidance for college students, and building a good social practice platform for college students.
