呼吸肌锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

Application of respiratory muscle exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

目的 探讨呼吸肌锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用。方法 选取我院2017年1月至2018年5月收治的COPD患者64例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施呼吸肌锻炼。比较两组患者护理效果、不良反应、生活质量及肺功能情况。结果 研究组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,不良反应明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者生活质量及肺功能水平均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 COPD患者应用呼吸肌锻炼,可降低不良反应发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高肺功能水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of respiratory muscle exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods To select 64 cases of patients with COPD who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random digital numbers.The control group was treated with routine care.The study group was treated with respiratory muscle exercise based on the control group.The nursing effect,adverse reactions,quality of life and lung function of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effect in the study group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life and lung function of the study group were superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying respiratory muscle exercise in COPD patients can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patients'quality of life and lung function,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
