摘要
目的 探讨实物模具健康教育联合排尿日志在脊髓损伤患者自我间歇导尿中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1—8月我院脊髓损伤患者70例作为研究对象,按照入住单双号病室将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采取常规自我间歇导尿教育,试验组采用实物模具健康教育联合排尿日志。比较两组患者自我间歇导尿知识掌握度、操作行为依从准确度及导尿相关并发症发生情况。结果 试验组自我间歇导尿知识掌握度评分与操作行为依从准确度评分高于对照组,并发症发生少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 采用实物模具健康教育联合排尿日志,可提升脊髓损伤患者自我间歇导尿知识掌握度与操作行为依从准确度,减少导尿相关并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education of physical mold combined with urinary diary in self-intermittent catheterization of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods To select 70 patients with spinal cord injury in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients according to the single and double ward.The control group was given the routine self-intermittent catheterization education.The study group was provided with the health education of physical mold combined with urinary diary.The self-intermittent catheterization knowledge mastery degree,the accuracy of the operation behavior and the complications of catheterization of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The self-intermittent catheterization knowledge mastery degree and accuracy of the operation behavior score in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education of physical mold combined with urinary diary can improve the mastery degree of self-intermittent catheterization knowledge and operational behavior compliance of patients with spinal cord injury.In addition,it can reduce the occurrence of urethral catheterization-related complications.
