专人模块化综合管理在妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖与体质量管理中的应用研究

Study on the application of specialized modular integrated management in blood glucose and body weight management in patients with gestational diabetes

目的 探讨专人模块化综合管理在妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖与体质量管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1—8月于我院围产门诊建档的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇90例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受专人模块化综合管理干预,比较两组患者干预后的各观察指标。结果 试验组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩前空腹血糖检测值、孕期体质量增长值、分娩前体质量指数、胎膜早破率、巨大儿率、胎儿窘迫率、剖宫产率及产后出血率均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 采用专人模块化综合管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者开展血糖与体质量管理,可显著提升其血糖与体质量控制效果,改善母婴结局。

Objective To explore the application effect of specialized modular integrated management in blood glucose and body weight management in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods To select 90 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who had set up files in the perinatal clinic of our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given specialized modular comprehensive management intervention.The observation indicators of the two groups of patients after intervention were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose test value before delivery,pregnancy weight gain,pre-delivery body mass index,premature rupture of membranes rate,macrosomia rate,fetal distress rate,cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate of experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying specialized modular integrated management to manage blood glucose and weight management in patients with gestational diabetes can improve their blood glucose and weight control effects significantly.What’s more,this kind of method can improve maternal and child outcomes.
