优化信息追溯系统在外来器械管理中的应用

Application of optimized information traceability system in external device management

目的 探讨优化信息追溯系统在消毒供应中心(CSSD)外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年5月1—31日CSSD处理的1200个外来器械包作为对照组,采取常规信息追溯系统管理;选取2018年6月1—30日CSSD处理的1214个外来器械包作为观察组,在原信息追溯系统上优化功能模块对外来器械进行管理,结合运行过程中存在问题进行个性限制和警示功能设置优化,比较两组外来医疗器械管理质量。结果 观察组外来器械管理各项质量指标均优于对照组(P <0. 05),管理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 优化信息追溯系统应用于CSSD外来器械管理,提高了外来器械的管理质量,调动了工作人员的积极性,降低了管理不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of optimized information traceability system in central sterile supply department(CSSD)external device management.Methods To select 1,200 external instrument packages processed by CSSD from May 1 to May 31,2018 as the control group,and these instruments were managed by conventional information traceability system.A total of 1,214 external device packages processed by CSSD from June 1 to June 30,2018 were selected as the observation group.On the basis of original information tracing system,the instruments were managed by optimized function module.Combining the problems in the operation process,we optimize the individuality restriction and the warning function setting.The management quality of the two sets of external medical devices were compared.Results The quality indicators of external device management in the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of managment adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the optimized information traceability system to CSSD external device management can improve the management quality of foreign devices,and mobilize the enthusiasm of staff.In addition,it can reduce the incidence of management adverse events.
