摘要 随着我国产业结构和经济发展方式的转变,社会对技能型人才素质的需求也发生了很大变化,职业教育的价值导向和人才培养导向也应当随之转变。工业文明发展视域下,职业教育发展的两种价值理念即工具理性与价值理性应当得以整合,教育过程中技能训练、经验积累与人的本性与自由发展应走向统一。职业教育应当走职业能力与职业精神相整合的创新之路,逐步从求数量和规模发展转入到求质量和内涵发展,以适应未来社会对于人的需求及人的未来发展方向。 With the transfbrmation of industrial structure and economic development mode in China, the demand for skilled talents has changed greatly. The value orientation and talent cultivation orientation of vocational education should also change accordingly. The two value concepts of vocational education development from the perspective of industrial civilization development, namely instrumental rationality and value rationality, should be integrated in the future society. Skills training, experience accumulation, human nature and free development should be unified in the process of education. Vocational education should take the innovative road of integrating vocational competence with vocational spirit, gradually changing from quantity and scale development to quality and connotation development, in order to adapt to the need of fiiture society for people and the future development direction of people.
