利用传统评估模型对高层建筑节能保温材料的环保性能进行评估时,存在评估准确率低情况,提出一种新型的高层建筑节能保温材料环保性能评估模型。首先根据节能保温材料评估的现状确立建模原则,并在该原则的指导下构建评估模型。评估模型的构建主要分为5步:选取模型构建的评估指标并对其权重赋值,然后建立评语集同时根据每个指标得到权重值准确定位各层指标的评语尺度,并在此基础上构建隶属度矩阵,实现环保性能模糊综合评判。
