摘要 利用传统评估模型对高层建筑节能保温材料的环保性能进行评估时,存在评估准确率低情况,提出一种新型的高层建筑节能保温材料环保性能评估模型。首先根据节能保温材料评估的现状确立建模原则,并在该原则的指导下构建评估模型。评估模型的构建主要分为5步:选取模型构建的评估指标并对其权重赋值,然后建立评语集同时根据每个指标得到权重值准确定位各层指标的评语尺度,并在此基础上构建隶属度矩阵,实现环保性能模糊综合评判。 Using the traditional evaluation model to assess the environmental performance of energy saving insulation materials for high-rise buildings, the accuracy of assessment is low, a new environmental performance evaluation model of high-rise building energy saving insulation materials is proposed. First of all, according to the current situation of the evaluation of energy saving insulation materials, the principles of modeling are established, and the evaluation model is built under the guidance of this principle. The construction of the evaluation model is divided into 5 steps:selecting the evaluation index constructed by the model and assigning the weight of the evaluation model, and then establishing the evaluation set to accurately locate the evaluation criteria of each index according to each index, and on this basis, the membership degree matrix is constructed to realize the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the environmental performance[between the 5 steps. What logic is there? Please clarify clearly, and adjust the following areas.
