摘要 针对当前噪声检测系统存在检测误差大和检测能耗高的问题,提出并设计基于单片机的卷烟制造中大功率电气设备电磁噪声污染检测系统。系统硬件组成部分为声音采集模块、数值监测模块、显示模块、接入控制模块、智能控制模块、电源模块和数据库管理模块等。判断是否采集到有效数值,如果未采集成功,返回采集模块继续采集数值;如果采集成功,需判断字符是否为1,不为1时重新采集电压和噪声数据;为1时则将噪声值传输至用户端并发出警报,以此完成电气设备电磁噪声污染检测。实验结果表明,该系统检测精度高,且能耗低。 Current noise detection system has the problems in large detection error and high detection energy consumption, the electromagnetic noise pollution detection system for high-power electrical equipment in cigarette manufacturing based on single-chip microcomputer is proposed and designed. The system hardware components are sound collection module, numerical monitoring module, display module, access control module, intelligent control module, power module and database management module. Determine whether a valid value is collected. If the acquisition is not successful, return to the acquisition module to continue collecting the value If the acquisition is successful, it is necessary to judge whether the character is 1, and when the value is not 1, the voltage and noise data are re-acquired;when it is 1, the noise value is transmitted to the user end and an alarm is issued, thereby completing the electromagnetic noise pollution detection of the electrical device. The experimental results show that the system has high detection accuracy and low energy consumption.
