摘要
针对500 MW燃气发电机出线装配工艺操作空间问题,利用人因工程进行了工艺仿真和优化。结果表明,应用Tecnomatix软件可实现工艺人员在虚拟环境中进行工艺设计及产品结构和装配工艺性验证,为工艺设计中复杂部件装配空间问题的解决提供了新思路和方法。
Against the problem of process space for operation in the lead assembly of the 500 MW turbine generator, human factor engineering was utilized to conduct the process simulation and optimization. The result showed that the Tecnomatix software could be used to realize the process design, product construction design and process verification of the assembly by the process engineer in a virtual environment, to provide the new thinking way and solving method in the field of process design for assembling space for the complicated parts.
