摘要
分析了定子槽楔受到的最大电磁力,并将槽楔简化成平面应变状态下的简支梁或者两端固支梁,推导出最大弯曲应力和最大剪切应力的理论计算公式。通过实例,以理论公式与有限元分析两种方法计算出的槽楔应力值十分相近,验证了该受力分析的准确性。
The Maximum force analysis onto stator slot wedges was analyzed while slot wedges were simplified into the simple frame or two-ends fixed frame under the flat strain state, thus, deviating the theoretical formula of maximum bending stress and shear stress. The stress values by the theoretical formula and FEM software were very close each other, verifying the precise of this analysis method.
