摘要
在定向钻井过程中井眼质量会受到不同方式的破坏,导致钻井阻力,严重降低机械钻速,为克服现有技术不足,研究了一种随钻井眼修整工具,并对关键结构扶正翼螺旋带与布齿进行了分析,该工具有效扩大井眼直径、减少井眼台阶摩阻。
In the course of directional drilling,the quality of the borehole will be damaged in different ways,resulting in drilling resistance,and serious reduction of mechanical drilling speed. To overcome the existing technology deficiencies,a set of drilling tool was studied. The key structure and cloth teeth of the spiral belt of the support wing are analyzed. The tool effectively expands the diameter of the wellbore,reduces the drag on the steps of the wellbore.
