摘要 特一联合站是辽河油田唯一一座超稠油联合站,每年处理原油量为130万t,该联合站所辖区块主要采用蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽辅助重力泄油。由于该区块产量逐年递减,辽河油田开展转驱开采,开采方式调整为CO_2驱。通过上述调整后井口采出液、伴生气量逐年加大,且含有大量H_2S与CO_2,且该2种气体含量在逐年上升,鉴于该种情况,该区快集输工艺有原有的开式流程转换为闭式流程,增加伴生气回收工艺。 Teyi combined station is the only super heavy oil combined station in Liaohe oilfield,which processes 1.3 million tons of crude oil annually. The blocks under its jurisdiction mainly adopt steam huff and puff and steam-assisted gravity drainage. As the production of this area decreases year by year,Liaohe Oilfield develops conversion flooding,and the mode of production is adjusted to CO2 flooding. After the above adjustment,the amount of associated gas increases year by year,and contains a large amount of H2S and CO2,and the content of these two gases is increasing year by year. In view of this situation,the original open process has been converted into closed process,and the associated gas recovery process has been increased.
