职教集团下化工专业群校企深度合作的研究——以营口职业技术学院为例

Research on the deep school-enterprise cooperation of chemical engineering sub-group under vocational education group:A case study of Yingkou Vocational and Technical College

营口职业技术学院以职教集团为依托,以营口经济技术开发区、高新区、辽宁(营口)沿海产业基地和营口仙人岛能源化工区等工业园区为实践平台,建立"两共、两双工程"机制,并实现企业与学校深度合作的七大融合,构建校企共赢机制,推行"企业进校、校入企业"制度,形成厂校融合为一的利益共同体,从而实现以实训、生产、研发为一体的校企深度合作的经济实体新格局.

Relying on the vocational education group and taking Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone,High-tech Zone,Liaoning(Yingkou)Coastal Industrial Base and Yingkou Xianren Island Energy and Chemical Industry Zone as the practical training platform,Yingkou Vocational and Technical College has established the mechanism of″Two-together and Two-double Project″and realized the deep combination of college and enterprises in seven aspects.By building school-enterprise win-win mechanism and carrying out the″enterprise entering school and school entering enterprise″system,a factory-school integration community of interests is formed,therefore a new economic entity pattern of deep school-enterprise cooperation which integrates the practical training,production and research and development is achieved.
