摘要 "校中厂"模式下产学合作是高职院校深化教育教学改革,提升办学水平及人才培养质量的重要途径.介绍产学合作的意义和困境,分析"校中厂"的作用,并以朝阳师范高等专科学校为例重点剖析"校中厂"产学合作运行机制."校中厂"模式能够促进校企双方受益,共同发展,并可缩短学用距离,帮助学生与职场快速有效接轨,实现"零距离"就业. Industry-university cooperation under the mode of″Factory in School″is an important approach for higher vocational colleges to deepen the education and teaching reform,improve the school running level and the personnel training quality.This paper introduces the significance and dilemma of Industry-university cooperation,analyzes the role of″Factory in School″,and mainly takes Chaoyang Teachers College as an example to analyze the operation mechanism of″Factory in School″based on industry-university cooperation.The pattern of″Factory in School″can promote the mutual benefit and common development of both schools and ent erprises,shorten the distance between learning and using,help the students connect with the workplace quickly and effectively,and realize the″zero distance″employment.
