一种新型锥形双螺杆齿形的优化设计及动态仿真模拟

摘要 研究锥形双螺杆的齿型啮合精度,进而提高塑料连接管道的装配精度,提高其生产效率.通过对其齿形的优化设计,选取一种简单且加工精度较高的锥形双螺杆模型,运用三维UG软件对其螺杆转子进行建模,利用C++Builder编程软件进行转子的二维动态模拟啮合运动,分析其工作原理,从而为加工高精度锥形双螺杆提供理论依据. The precision of the meshing of conical twin screw is studied to improve the assembly accuracy of plastic connecting pipes and the production efficiency.A simple conical twin-screw model with high machining accuracy is selected through the optimization design of the tooth profile.The rotor is modeled by 3-dimensional UG software,and the two-dimensional dynamic meshing motion is simulated by C++ Builder programming software.The working principle is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for processing high-precision conical twin screw.
