摘要 根据车床改造系统的设计要求,确定了运用MCGS组态和PLC技术对车床控制系统进行改造.介绍系统的电气控制连接形式,通过MCGS组态软件,设计了机床操作控制界面和数据监控界面,通过PLC软件进行程序设计,实现了车床自动控制并运行调试.该系统操作简单,符合人机交互的需求,提高了机床自动化程度,并为提高加工精度提供数据依据,具有应用价值. According to the design requirements of the lathe transformation system,MCGS configuration and PLC technology are confirmed to use to transform the lathe control system.The electrical control connection form of the system is introduced in the paper.Through MCGS configuration software,the operation control interface and data monitoring interface of the machine tool are designed.Through PLC software,the program design is proceeded,so the lathe automatic control is realized,and the operating and debugging are done too.The system is simple to operate by people,meets the requirements of human-machine interaction,improves the automation degree of the machine tool,and provides the data basis for improving the machining accuracy,and has the application value.
