现代学徒制人才培养模式研究——以电气自动化技术专业为例

Research on talent training mode of modern apprenticeship:Taking the major of electrical automation technology as an example

高职院校试行现代学徒制是当前经济社会发展的必然要求,也是培养人才的有效途径.以营口职业技术学院辽宁省现代学徒制试点专业——电气自动化技术专业为例,介绍了现代学徒制在国内外的现状,分析了目前现代学徒制发展的困境,并从制定协同育人机制、推进招生招工一体化、加强师资队伍建设、完善资源共享共建、建立长效运行机制和保障机制等六个方面给出具体的实现途径,对现代学徒制人才培养模式的应用进行了积极有效的尝试.

The trial implementation of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges is the inevitable requirement of economic and social development in today′s world,and also an effective way to cultivate talents.Taking the major of electrical automation technology in Yingkou Vocational and Technical College,the trial major of modern apprenticeship in Liaoning Province,as an example,we introduced the current conditions of modern apprenticeship both at home and abroad,and analyzed the development predicament of modern apprenticeship and proposed specific solutions from six aspects,including establishing collaborative teaching system,promoting the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improving the quality of teaching staff,consummating the sharing system of resources,building up long-term and effective operating mechanism and guarantee mechanism,which can be regarded as an active and efficient attempt to apply the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship.
