Bacillus amyloliquefaciens can produce important enzymes systems,which includes the enzymes that degrade polysaccharides,such as alpha-amylase,cellulase,β-1,3-1,4-glucanase,lignocellulose degrading enzyme,alginate lyase,chitosanase.Also has the enzymes that degrade proteins,such as protease,thrombolytic enzyme,chymosin,and other important enzymes,such as laccase,phosphatase,phytase,etc.It has important value in industry,agriculture,food processing industry and feed industry.The important enzymes in the production of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens were reviewed.
