摘要
配色是影响数控机床操作者认知学习的一个重要因素,不良的配色会增加认知负荷,降低工作效率。在认知负荷理论指导下,结合数控机床配色调研结果,对数控机床外防护罩和操作面板的配色进行了分析,并提出了合理的配色建议,使数控机床配色在满足审美的同时,能更符合操作者的认知规律,降低认知负荷,提高工作效率。
Color matching is an important factor affecting the cognitive learning of operators for CNC machine tools. Poor color matching will increase cognitive load and decrease work efficiency. Under the guidance of cognitive load theory, combined with the findings on color matching of CNC machine tools, the color matching of the outer protective cover and operation panel of CNC machine tools was analyzed,while putting forward reasonable color matching suggestions.The color matching of CNC machine tools can satisfy the aesthetics, reduce the cognitive load and improve work efficiency since it can meet the operator’s cognitive law.
