接触刚度对非连续转子整体静刚度的影响研究

摘要 为研究接触刚度对非连续转子整体静刚度的影响,以拉杆转子为研究对象,计算压机段轮盘接合面的接触刚度,建立考虑轮盘接合面接触效应的拉杆转子有限元模型,对转子临界转速进行计算,并与传统有限元模型进行对比。研究得到了拉杆转子整体静刚度与轮盘接合面接触刚度的变化规律曲线,为解决非连续转子与轮盘的接触问题提供了参考。 In order to study the impact of contact stiffness to the overall static stiffness of the discontinuous rotor, the rod fastening rotor was taken as the research object to calculate the contact stiffness of the wheel disc joint surface of the press section A finite element model of the rod fastening rotor was established in consideration of the contact effect of the wheel disc joint face to calculate the critical speed of the rotor and it should be compared with the traditional finite element model. In the research, the variation curve of the overall static stiffness of the rod fastening rotor and the contact stiffness of the joint face of wheel disc was obtained,which provided a reference for settlement of the contact issue between the discontinuous rotor and the wheel disc.
