Design on Standard of Simulator Training for Seafarers

"船员培训模拟器训练标准"在我国是个空白,制定该标准,既能满足(International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, STCW)公约的要求,又符合我国相关"纲要"和"规划",还能充分发挥标准的规范作用,促进教育公平。依据《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》(GB/T 1.1—2009)、STCW公约、Model Course 6.10和Model Course 2.07等资料,从目标、体例、内容、设施设备和范例等方面进行调研、理论学习、资料分析和比较研究,设计标准的结构和要素,确定标准的训练内容和规范性技术要素,制定标准的训练方案范例。经过全国范围内的行业、企业、院校征求意见和专家组的多次质询和讨论,形成海船船员培训模拟器训练标准送审稿。

The development of standard of simulator training for seafarers can meet the demands of STCW(International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) and relevant domestic developing plans. Based on “ Directives for Standardization-Part 1:Structure and drafting of standards ”(GB/T 1.1-2009), STCW Convention, Model Course 6.10 and Model Course 2.07 etc., researches are carried out on objectives, styles, contents, facilities and examples in establishing the standard. Structures and elements, training contents and technical elements and training program examples are standardized. The draft standard for examination has been consulted and discussed by experts in the industrial area national wide.
