摘要
选取中国无限航区高级船员作为研究对象,研究其在船服务驱动因素和这些因素对在船服务动力的作用机理。相关数据通过问卷调查和访谈进行收集,运用典型相关分析法构建相关模型。研究结果表明:内在驱动因素起主导作用,其中工作兴趣对高级船员在船服务动力的影响最大;外在驱动因素也在相当程度上影响着高级船员的在船服务动力,其中高级船员薪水与福利对其在船服务动力的影响最大。计算结果表明:中国无限航区高级船员目前在船服务动力处于低水平,其中本科及以上学历高级船员的在船服务动力水平更低。
The investigation on motivation of working at sea is carried out with Chinese world-wide certified senior officers, trying to find out affecting factors and mechanism in seafarers’ dynamic at work. The correlation model built with canonical correlation analysis of data from questionnaire survey and interviews shows that the internal drives especially the working interest of senior officers affect their dynamic most, and salaries and benefits are the top two external affecting factors. It reveals that at present the working dynamic of Chinese senior officers is not high, especially low in those with bachelor degrees or above.
