摘要 为了研究气举阀在高压大排量下的工作特性,设计了高压气举阀测试装置。该装置由气源供应系统、试验测试装置、电气仪表系统、管路系统、放空系统、计量系统、数据采集及处理系统与试验操作台等组成,可用于还原压力测试、打开压力测试、不同温度对打开压力影响测试,并通过远程控制系统实时采集数据。试验结果表明:直径9和10 mm的阀杆更适合与此次试验气举阀的阀球、阀座配套使用;气举阀预充压力对打开压力有一定比例的放大作用,呈线性正相关关系,预充压力越大,打开压力越大;打开压力与温度呈线性正相关关系,随加热温度的升高打开压力逐渐增大;预充压力越大,打开压力受温度的影响越大。研究结果可为气举阀在高压下的工作状态研究提供参考。 To study the working characteristics of gas lift valve under high pressure and large displacement, a high pressure gas lift valve test device was designed. The device consists of a gas supply system, a testing mechanism, an electric instrument system, a piping system, a venting system, a metering system, a data acquisition and processing system, and a test console. It can be used for restore pressure test, open pressure test, and test of temperature impact on pressure and real-time data acquisition through remote control system. The test results showed that the valve stems with diameters of 9 mm and 10 mm are more suitable for the test-use ball valve and valve seat. The pre-charge pressure of the gas lift valve has a certain proportional amplification effect on the opening pressure with a linear positive correlation. The higher the pre-charge pressure, the higher the opening pressure. The opening pressure has a linear positive correlation with the temperature. The opening pressure gradually increases with the heating temperature. The larger the pre-charge pressure, the greater the opening pressure is affected by the temperature. The study results can provide references for the study of the working state of the gas lift valve under high pressure.
