上颌中切牙间颌骨解剖形态的CBCT测量价值研究

摘要 目的研究上颌中切牙间颌骨解剖形态的CBCT(锥形束CT)的测量价值。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月惠州市第一人民医院收治的160例患者的CBCT临床资料,三维重建后测量上颌牙槽前壁与鼻腭管前壁之间的距离以及上颌中切牙不同植入高度的唇舌向骨质厚度。结果上颌牙槽骨前壁与鼻腭管前壁的距离比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性鼻腭管口腔侧测量明显大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同高度上颌中切牙唇舌向骨质厚度比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);男性不同高度骨质厚度高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6 mm的上颌中切牙间植入长度是最安全的,可有效避免鼻腭管中进入微种植体。 Objective To study the value of using cone beam CT(CBCT ) of the anatomy of the maxillary central incisor in the maxillary central incisor. Methods The clinical data of CBCT in 160 patients in Huizhou First People’s Hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected. After three-dimensional reconstruction, the distance between the anterior wall of the maxillary alveolar and the anterior wall of the nasal cannula and the lip to bone thickness at different implant heights were measured. Results There was significant difference in the distance between the anterior wall of the maxillary alveolar bone and the anterior wall of the sinus at different planes(P<0.05). The oral side of the male sinus was significantly larger than that of the female(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in lip to bone the thickness of maxillary central incisors at different heights(P>0.05). The bone thickness of males at different heights was significantly higher than that of females, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The 6 mm maxillary central incisor is the safest implant length, which can effectively avoid the micro-implant in the nasal cannula.
