中药临床药师工作切入点探讨

Discussion on the work starting point of clinical pharmacist of traditional Chinese medicine

目前西药临床药师体系已初步形成,在促进临床合理用药方面发挥重要作用,但中药的合理用药管理才刚刚起步。本研究对中药临床药师工作的切入点进行探究,旨在为今后的中药临床药师工作提供参考。通过借鉴西药临床药师的工作模式,结合临床实践,分析提出中药临床药师的工作特点,探索中药临床药师工作的切入点,为中药临床药师工作模式的完善提供参考。结果表明,中药临床药师应着眼于中医药的传承与发展,注重中医临床思维的培养,与临床实践密切配合,以临床科室为阵地,以药学部门为支撑,以药学知识为武器,不断夯实自己的专业知识,从药物的实际应用中发现和解决潜在问题,在合理用药方面发挥自己的特长。中药临床药师应该关注于患者整个用药过程,必须面向整个诊疗过程中所有用药相关的内容开展中药临床药学工作。建议各单位能根据自己医院的实际情况,使中药临床药师的工作模式逐步走向完善。

At present the clinical pharmacist system in modern medicine has taken initial shape,which plays an important role in promoting rational drug use.However,the management of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine has just begun.This paper is to explore the starting point of clinical pharmacists' work in traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for future work of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine.With reference to the working mode of the clinical pharmacists of modern medicine and combined with clinical practice,this paper analyzed the working characteristics of the clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine, explored their starting points in work.It was found out that traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists should focus on the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine,pay attention to the cultivation of clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, cooperate closely with clinical practice, take the clinical department as a position,get support from the pharmaceutical department,use pharmaceutical knowledge as a weapon,constantly consolidate their own professional knowledge,find and solve potential problems from the practical application of drugs,and give full play to their specialty in rational use of drugs.Clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine also should pay attention to the patient's entire drug use process and must carry out clinical pharmacy work for all drug related contents in the entire diagnosis and treatment process.It is suggested that each hospital improve the working mode of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists according to its own actual situation.
