临床药师对改进基层中医院中药合理应用作用与工作内涵

Role and work connotation of clinical pharmacists in rational application of traditional Chinese medicine in primary Chinese medicine hospitals

目的我国中药临床药学虽然有了一定的进步和发展,但是仍然处于起步阶段。由于制度不全、人员储备欠缺和经济基础薄弱等,中药临床药学工作在基层中医院进展缓慢。本研究对中药临床药师参与基层中医院合理用药的工作模式进行探索,以期为今后中药临床药师积累工作经验提供参考。方法结合基层中医院特点和在中药临床药师培训基地的学习情况,探索中药临床药师参与中药合理用药的工作模式。结果中药临床药学是基层中医院医院药学发展的必然趋势,是促进基层中医院中药合理用药,提高医疗水平不可或缺的一部分。中药临床药师通过开展临床药师制工作及药事管理工作,推动了基层中医院中药合理用药工作。结论中药临床药师参与基层中医院中药的合理用药工作,可推动基层中医院中药合理用药工作,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE Although Chinese traditional medicine clinical pharmacy has made some progress and development, it is still in its infancy.Due to incomplete system,lack of personnel reserve and weak economic base,the clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine has made slow progress in grass-roots Chinese medicine hosp让als.This study explores the working model of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists participating in rational drug use in grass-roots Chinese medicine hospitals, in order to provide reference for the future accumulation of experience of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists.METHODS Based on the characteristics of primary Chinese medicine hospital and the learning situation of clinical pharmacist training in Chinese medicine bases,this paper explored the working model of Chinese traditional medicine pharmacist participating in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.RESULTS Clinical pharmacology of Chinese medicine was an inevitable trend of the development of pharmacy in grass-roots Chinese medicine hospitals.It was an indispensable part of promoting rational use of traditional Chinese medicine and improving the level of medical treatment in grass-roots Chinese medicine hospitals.Traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists promoted rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in grass-roots Chinese medicine hospitals through the development of clinical pharmacist system and drug management.CONCLUSION It is worth popularizing that Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists take part in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in basic Chinese medicine hospitals.
