肺功能检测技术与临床应用研究现状

Research status of pulmonary function test technique and clinical application

肺功能检测是评价胸、肺疾病及呼吸生理的重要检查之一,更是某些呼吸系统疾病诊断的金标准,越来越受到临床重视。本研究分析肺功能检测仪器工作原理、肺功能检测报告、影响肺功能因素及其临床应用,全面了解肺功能检测。利用中国知网、PubMed中英文数据库,以"肺功能检测仪器""肺功能检测"和"影响肺功能因素"为关键词,检索2011-01-2017-12相关文献。纳入标准:(1)肺功能检测仪器类型及工作原理;(2)肺功能检测报告解读;(3)影响肺功能相关因素;(4)肺功能临床应用。剔除标准:(1)综述类文献;(2)研究资料缺失或质量较差。最终31篇文献纳入分析。结果表明,肺功能检测仪器的发展突飞猛进,影响肺功能因素越来越多,肺功能报告的判读至关重要。正确判读肺功能检测报告有助于诊断肺和气道病变及病变的部位,呼吸困难的原因,评估疾病的严重程度、预后及手术的耐受力等。全面了解肺功能检测,才能更好地推动肺功能检测的发展,为临床和科研提供更好的服务。

Pulmonary function test is one of the important tests to evaluate thoracic diseases .lung diseases and respiratory physiology.It is also the golden standard for the diagnosis of some respiratory diseases,and has been paid more and more attention to in clinic.This article summarizes and analyzes the working principle of the pulmonary function test instrument,the report of the lung function test, the factors affecting the lung function and its clinical application, explaining the pulmonary function test comprehensively.Using "Pulmonary function Test instrument","Lung function Test" and "Factors affecting Lung function" as key words, the relevant literature of January 2011 to December 2017 were searched in the China National Knowledge Inf rastructure and PubMed Chinese and English Database.The in elusion criteria were:(1) Types and working principles of Pulmonary function measuring Instruments;(2) Analysis of pulmonary function test report;(3) Factors related to pulmonary function;(4) Clinical application of pulmonary function.The elimination standards were:(1) Summary literature;(2) Lack or poor quality of research data.The final 31 articles were included in the analysis.The results showed that the development of pulmonary function testing instrument was advancing by leaps and bounds,more and more factors affecting pulmonary function,interpretation of pulmonary function reports was crucial.Correct interpretation of the report of pulmonary function test can help to diagnose lung and airway diseases and the location of lesions,to diagnose the causes of dyspnea,to assess the severity of the disease,prognosis and the tolerance of surgery, etc.A comprehensive understanding of lung function test will promote its development and provide better services for clinical and scientific research.
