摘要
详细阐述压电贾卡经编机控制系统核心组成部分的工作原理及基本结构,通过分析现有压电贾卡经编机控制系统中存在的问题,给出对应的解决方案,即改变控制系统中中继板的连接方式,由串行改为星型。实际的应用结果显示,文中提出的解决方案能够大幅度改善压电贾卡经编机现有设计中存在的问题,可以为此类设计提供思路与方法。
The working principle and basic structure of the core components of control system of piezoelectric Jacquard warp knitting machine are introduced in detail. The existed problems are analyzed, and the corresponding solution which is to change the link mode of the relay board in the control system from serial to star type is proposed. Based on the practical application results, it shows that the solution worked out in this paper can effectively tackle the existed problems in the design of piezoelectric jacquard warp knitting machine, which can provide some useful ideas and methods for such design.
