摘要
对基于Android平台的嵌入式电火花线切割数控系统进行了研究。针对数控系统的稳定性与实时性要求,提出了Java与C/C++混合编程的开发模式;考虑到嵌入式线切割CAD/CAM的应用,开发了基于手势识别的交互算法。系统实现了图形绘制、编辑和管理等基本的CAD功能,以及轨迹生成、代码输出和加工控制等CAM功能,实现了轨迹的干涉处理和优化。自建平台进行了实验验证,表明系统运行稳定,控制效果达到预期,可用于实际线切割加工,为Android平台数控系统的研究奠定了基础。
This paper studied the embedded control system based on Android for WEDM. According to the requirements of stability and realtime performance,a development strategy combining the Java and C/C++ language was introduced. The gesture handling algorithm for the applications in the CAD/CAM of WEDM was also developed. The basic CAD functions,including the drawing,edit and management of graphics primitives have been achieved,and the CAM functions such as the generation of trajectory,the machining code output and the process control have also been realized. The interference of the trajectory was studied and optimized. An embedded platform has been built based on the researches,and machining experiments have performed on the platform. The experimental results validated the stability and reliability of the platform for the WEDM machining. The present work provided a base for the future study of the numerical control system based on the android system.
