道德记忆是一个极其复杂的世界。人类对记忆的复杂性缺乏认知,对道德记忆的复杂性更是认知不足。以经验主义方法来认识、理解和把握道德记忆,就是运用经验归纳的方法来解释或说明我们自身的道德记忆能力。用理性思维的方式来认识、理解和把握道德记忆,必然要求我们超越经验主义思维,展现理性主义的形而上学思维。人类还可以通过精神分析的方式认知道德记忆。道德记忆分析是精神分析的一种重要表现形式和一个重要内容。

Moral memory is an extremely complex world. Human beings lack the cognition of the complexity of memory and that of moral memory. To understand and explain moral memory by empirical means is to explain our own moral memory ability by experience induction. To understand and explain moral memory in the way of rational thinking inevitably requires us to transcend empirical thinking and show the capacity of rational metaphysical thinking. Human beings can also recognize moral memory through psychoanalysis. Moral memory analysis is an important form and content of psychoanalysis.
