摘要
以聚(邻苯二甲酰乙二醇)酯为溶剂化链,N,N-二甲基氨基丙胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、聚乙烯亚胺、多乙烯多胺等有机胺为锚固基团,制备了一类适用于醇酸、聚酯树脂体系的炭黑超分散剂。研究发现:当溶剂化链的相对分子质量为2000时,涂料细度可以达到15μm左右,分散体系稳定,涂料的降黏效果以及漆膜的色相、光泽等性能与进口超分散剂BYK163接近。
A series of carbon black hyperdispersanls suitable for alkyd and polyester resin systems are designed and prepared using the poly(phthaloyl glycol)ester as the solvated chain and organic amines such as N,N-dimethylaminopropylamine,N,N-dimethylethanolamine,polyethyleneimine and polyethylenepolyamine as anchor groups.It was found that the fineness of the carbon black particles in the coatings could reach up to 15 μm,when the molecular weight of the solvated chain was 2000.Moreover,the dispersion system was stable.The viscosity-reducing effect of the coatings and the hue and gloss of the film were similar to that of the imported hyperdispersant BYK163.
