摘要
开发了一种用于表面处理达不到Sa2.5级钢结构表面的高性能防腐涂料,探讨了环氧树脂种类、C9石油树脂用量、固化剂种类和复配用量以及颜基比对涂层干燥时间、基本物理性能和低表面处理底材的附着力的影响。研究表明:以C9石油树脂替换20%的环氧树脂E-20的树脂体系,聚酰胺115和/N-(3-氨丙基)吗咻以相等活泼氢量复配作为固化剂体系,颜基比控制在1.8:1时,涂层综合性能最佳,涂料各项性能均明显高于HG/T4564—2013(低表面处理容忍性环氧涂料》的要求,潮湿表面附着力16.4MPa,带锈表面附着力15.7MPa,长效防腐性能优异。该涂料在各类低表面处理底材上进行涂装性能试验,具备一次施工干膜厚度250μm以上,漆膜表面无异常,满足厚浆型涂料的涂装要求,施工性能优异。
A kind of high performance anti-corrosive coating for steel structure with its surface treatment level below Sa 2.5 has been prepared.The effects of different kinds of epoxy resin,different amounts of C9 petroleum resin,different kinds of curing agents and their mixture as well as pigment/binder ratio on the drying time,basic physical properties and adhesion of the surface-tolerance substrates are investigated.The result shows that the coating has the best comprehensive perfonnance when 20% of epoxy resin E-20 is replaced by C9 petroleum resin,and the curing agent system is mixed wherein the polyamide 115 and 3-morpholinopropylamine is mixed at an equal equivalent of active hydrogen and the pigment/binder ratio is controlled at 1.8-1.Meanwhile,the performance of the coating is obviously better than the requirements of "HG/T 4564-2013 surface-tolerant epoxy coatingsThe adhesion on wet surface is up to 16.4 MPa and the adhesion on rust surface is up to 15.7 MPa.It has excellent long-lasting corrosion resistance.The coating performance test on surface-tolerance surface shows that it can be applied at a dry film thickness of 250 μm or more,and the surface of the paint film is free of abnormalities.It meets the coating requirements of high-build coatings and has excellent construction performance.
