家庭理性视角下土地适度经营规模——基于黄土高原区农户调查

Appropriate scale of land operation from the perspective of family rationality in Loess Plateau area

在市场调节下,劳动力整体收入最大化是农户自发调整土地资源的内生动力,以此视角探索土地适度经营规模更符合农户家庭的一般偏好。基于黄土高原区农户的微观调研数据,利用多元回归模型测度了土地资源的适度经营规模。研究结果表明:有效区分土地资源种类,可以提升土地适度经营规模的预测精确性;在黄土高原区,林地经营更依赖政策诱导,其生态作用更强,因而林地生产并不存在适度经营规模;而耕地的经济作用更显著,受限于气候、地形地貌等原因,黄土高原区耕地单位收益更低,其适度经营规模约为644亩,比平原地区更大。基于此,分别就耕地、林地资源管理提出了相关建议。

The endogenous power of farmer to voluntarily adjust land resources is to maximize the benefits of labors under market regulation.Exploring the appropriate scale of land operation is more in line with the general preference of families.Using micro survey data of farmers in Loess Plateau area,the multiple regression model was used to analyze the appropriate scale of land operation.Conclusions are as follows:To distinguish the types of land resources effectively improved the accuracy of forecasting the appropriate scale of land operation.In the Loess Plateau area,there is no optimal scale of forest production just because woodland management is more dependent on government policy guidance,and economic effect is not strong.However,the economic effect of cultivated land is more significant and its moderate operation scale is about 644 mu,which is larger than plain areas due to the limitation of climate,topography,landform and other factors.The unit income of cultivated land in loess plateau area is lower.Based on this,some suggestions on the management of cultivated land forest resources are put forward.
