摘要
为探究微絮凝法对冬季黄河兰州段低温低浊水中浊度、有机物、氨氮的最优去除效果,采用响应面中Box-Behnken的中心组合设计方法,研究了混凝剂(PFAC)与助凝剂(PAM)投加量、絮凝转速、絮凝时间及其交互作用对微絮凝工艺去除浊度、高锰酸盐指数、氨氮的影响。结果表明,微絮凝法对低温低浊水中浊度、有机物、氨氮去除的最佳工艺参数为:混凝剂投加量8. 16mg/L、助凝剂投加量6. 04mg/L、絮凝时间35. 03min、絮凝转速90. 24r/min。在此最佳工艺参数条件下,浊度去除率为77. 95%、高锰酸盐指数去除率为55. 22%、氨氮去除率为94. 62%。研究结果为兰州城市供水(集团)有限公司处理工艺升级改造提供了技术支持。
The response surface method was used to optimize the removal efficiency of turbidity,organic matter,and ammonia nitrogen in the low temperature and low turbidity water of the Yellow River in Lanzhou by the micro-flocculation method.The Box-Behnken’s center combination design method was used to study the effects of coagulant dosage,coagulant dosage,flocculation speed and flocculation time and their interactions on turbidity removal,permanganate index removal,and ammonia nitrogen removal.The results show that the best removal conditions of turbidity,organic matter and ammonia nitrogen are as follows:Coagulant dosage 8.16 mg/L,coagulant dosage 6.04 mg/L,flocculation time 35.03 min,flocculation speed 90.24 r/min,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,the turbidity(77.95%),CODMn(55.22%)and ammonia nitrogen(94.62%)removal efficiencies were obtained,respectively.The research results provide technical support for the upgrade and reconstruction of the treatment process of Lanzhou City Water Supply(Group)Co.,Ltd.
