草原流转对牧户收入影响的实证研究

An empirical study on the influence of grassland transfer on households income

利用锡林郭勒盟入户调研数据,实证检验了草原流转对牧户收入的影响。研究表明:与未流转牧户比,流转牧户的家庭人均收入提高52. 4%,因此草原流转具有显著的增收效应。相比较而言,草原流转更利于转出户收入增加,这主要是因为劳动力转移效应和学习效应的非牧增收机制在起作用。对于转入户而言,较小规模的草原转入对其收入影响并不显著,而较大规模的草原转入对其收入影响为正,这主要是因为规模效应和拉平效应的牧业增收机制在起作用,但就其平均水平来说,草原转入的增收效果有限,毕竟转入户的实际草原经营规模与最优草原经营规模之间差距过大。

This research empirically examined the influence of grassland transfer on herdsmen income by using the research data of Xilin Gol League,Inner Mongolia.The results show that grassland transfer has a significant effect on the increase of households per capita by 52.4%.So,the grassland transfer has a significant income-increasing effect.Comparatively speaking,grassland transfer is more beneficial to the transferring-out households to increase their income,it is mainly because the labor force transfer effect and learning effect on the non-pastoral income mechanism work.For the transferring-in households,the impact of small-scale grassland transfer is not significant on its income,while the larger-scale grassland transfer is positive to its income,but on its average level,the effect of this positive influence is limited,mainly because the scale effect and leveling effect of the livestock income mechanism work.After all,the gap between the actual scale of grassland operating and the optimal scale of grassland operation is too large.
