"国培计划"中西部农村骨干教师培训项目,自2010年启动实施以来,以国家级的标准培养了大批中西部农村骨干教师,其实施效果关系到我国中西部农村教育质量的提高程度,对该项目进行绩效评估,有利于进一步了解实施培训过程中存在的问题,便于更好的调整培训方案,有利于进一步提高该项目的实施效果,提高培训质量,对推进义务教育均衡发展、促进基础教育改革,提高教育质量具有重要意义。

"National Training Program"is for the project of training the central and western areas rural key teachers,which has been put into effect since 2010 and cultivated a large number of central and western areas rural key teachers.The implementation effect is related to the improvement of the quality of rural education in the central and western regions of China. The performance evaluation of the project will help to further understand the problems existing in the implementation of the training process, facilitate the better adjustment of the training program, help to further improve the implementation effect of the project, improve the quality of training, promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and promote basic education. Reform and improvement of the quality of education are of great significance.
