高等院校药学专业与医药企业的合作现状与发展探讨——以莆田学院为例

[目的]通过调查研究当前高等院校药学专业与医药企业合作的现状,了解莆田学院药学专业在校企合作中存在的问题和制约因素,寻求合理的解决方法。[方法]主要通过个例分析、走访、问卷调查等方式,对校企合作的满意度、合作形式等方面进行调查。[结果]在目前的校企合作过程中,高等院校的满意度大于医药企业,合作的形式流于表面,企业方参与动力不足。[结论]高等院校对市场的意识模糊,合作形式单一,没有将自身的药学专业背景与企业用人实际相结合。未来的校企合作应该从人才培养、"双师型"教学团队、实习基地、激励机制等方面进行改革,旨在促使校企双方顺利达成合作关系,优势互补。

[Objective] By investigating and studying the current situation of cooperation between pharmaceutical specialty and pharmaceutical enterprises in colleges and universities, this paper aims to clarify problems and constraints of school-enterprise cooperation of pharmaceutical specialty in Putian University and to seek desirable solutions.[Method] The investigation is carried out by case analysis, interview and questionnaire survey to study the current situation of cooperation forms and satisfaction of school-enterprise cooperation.[Result] In the current process of school-enterprise cooperation, the satisfaction of colleges and universities is greater than that of pharmaceutical enterprises. Additionally, the cooperation forms are superficial and the enterprises' motivation to participate is insufficient.[Conclusion] Colleges and universities have a vague understanding of the market and cooperation forms are too simple. Moreover, they do not combine their pharmaceutical professional background with the actual situation of enterprises employment. In the future, in order to promote the smooth cooperation between school and enterprises and give full play to advantages of both sides, school-enterprise cooperation should be reformed from the aspects of talents cultivation, double-quality teaching group with industrial experiences, practice base, incentive mechanism and so on.
