摘要
旅游管理本科专业的专业认知实习课程是通识教育课程学习向专业性的学科课程学习转变的桥梁与重要过渡,是教学计划中一个必不可少的重要实践环节。文章以北京联合大学旅游学院旅游管理专业的本科认知实习课程为例,构建了"1234"教学模式与体系,内容涉及课程建设目标、师资队伍、教学内容以及教学方法等。该教学模式的实践成效证明,认知实习是实现专业理论与实践能力相结合的最有效的教学方式之一,在旅游管理专业实践教学体系中具有不可替代的作用。
The professional cognitive practice course for undergraduate majors of tourism managementmajor is a bridge and an important transition from general education course learning toprofessional subject course learning.It is an indispensable important practice link in the teaching plan. Taking the undergraduate cognitive practice course of tourism management major of Beijing Union UniversityTourism College as an example, this paper constructs the "1234" teaching model and system, which covers the objectives of curriculum construction,teaching team, teaching contents and teaching methods. From the practical effect of the teaching model, cognitive practice course is one of the most effective teaching methods to realize the combination of professional theory and practical ability, and plays an irreplaceable role in the practical teaching system of tourism management major.
