项目导向的本科学术型人才培养模式研究——以经济管理类专业为例

本科学术型人才培养是大学教育中的短板。文章以经济管理类专业为例展开研究,以"项目导向"模式为线索,分析了本科学术型人才培养的现状,阐述了如何以项目制研究性学习为载体,以相关制度的建设和学术交流中心的搭建为路径来实施项目导向的本科学术型人才培养模式。

The cultivation of undergraduate talents is a shortcoming in university education. Taking the economic management major as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of undergraduate talent training with the "project-oriented" model as a clue, and expounds how to use the project-based research learning as the carrier, the related system construction and academic exchange. The center is built as a path to implement a project-oriented undergraduate talent training model.
