摘要
加速寿命试验是电子元器件可靠性试验中的一项重要的试验手段,采取加速寿命试验的主要目的是加快试验进度,为预测系统或设备的可靠度提供重要依据。本文简要介绍了三种加速寿命试验方案和加速寿命试验理论依据,详细介绍了温度和湿度应力条件下的加速寿命计算方法,为工程技术人员提供进行其它产品的加速寿命试验提供科学的参考依据。
Accelerated Life Testing is an important test method in the reliability test. The main purpose of accelerated life test is to speed up the test progress, which provides an important basis for predicting the reliability of the system or equipment. This paper briefly introduces three kinds of accelerated life test schemes and the theoretical basis of accelerated life test, introduces the calculation method of accelerated life under the conditions of temperature and humidity stress in detail, and provides a scientific reference basis for engineers and technicians to carry out accelerated life test of other products.
