超声技术对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏舒张功能的评价

Evaluation of Myocardial Diastolic Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure by Ultrasound

目的探讨分析超声技术对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏舒张功能的评价。方法选取该院2014年11月—2015年11月收治的45例慢性心力衰竭患者。在患者接受手术之前3 d,以及手术治疗后5个月进行超声检查,主要的检查内容包括左心室舒张末容积,左心室舒张末内径,左心室射血分数,二尖瓣口舒张早晚期血流速度比值,多普勒成像测量参数等。结果在对所有慢性心力衰竭患者在手术治疗后进行随访,有1例患者猝死。在给予患者超声检查之后,结果显示,左心室舒张末内径为(5.1±0.4)cm,左心室舒张末容积为(148±48)mL,左心室舒张末容量指数为(98±34)mL,左心室射血分数为(27±8)%;在手术治疗之后,给予患者超声检查,基底段侧壁为(4.9±1.5),后间隔为(4.5±1.4),前壁为(4.9±1.3),下壁为(4.7±1.2),后壁为(3.6±1.3);中段侧壁为(3.6±1.3),后间隔为(4.5±1.4),前壁为(3.7±1.2),下壁为(3.4±1.3),后壁为(3.6±1.3)。结论给予慢性心力衰竭患者超声诊断技术能够有效判断心脏舒张功能,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the evaluation of ultrasound technique in evaluating the diastolic function of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Forty-five patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected. Ultrasound was performed three days before the patient’s surgery and five months after surgery. The main examinations included left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, and mitral valve diastolic blood flow velocity ratio, Doppler imaging measurement parameters, etc. Results All patients with chronic heart failure were followed up after surgery and one patient died of sudden death. After the patient was given an ultrasound examination, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was(5.1 ± 0.4) cm, the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was(148±48) mL, and the left ventricular end-diastolic volume index was(98 ± 34)mL. The left ventricular ejection fraction was(27±8)%;after surgery, the patient was given an ultrasound examination, with the basal segment side wall(4.9±1.5), the posterior interval(4.5±1.4), and the anterior wall(4.9± 1.3), the lower wall was(4.7±1.2), the rear wall was(3.6±1.3);the middle wall was(3.6 ±1.3), the rear interval was(4.5 ±1.4), and the front wall is(3.7±1.2), the lower wall was(3.4±1.3) and the back wall was(3.6±1.3). Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis technology for patients with chronic heart failure can effectively judge the diastolic function of the heart, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
