摘要
针对以龙羊峡-刘家峡为主的黄河上游梯级水库群在遭遇连续枯水年这种极端气候条件下的优化调度问题,建立了黄河上游水库群优化调度模型,提出改进的逐步优化算法(ICGC-POA)并对模型进行求解,从水库供水与发电、运行情况、防凌、生态等方面对模型结果进行分析。结果表明,在连续枯水年中,模型优化后的龙羊峡-刘家峡梯级水库群发电量及供水保证率得到大幅提高,研究结果可为黄河上游水库群在遭遇连续枯水年时的调度提供理论基础和决策依据。
In terms of how to optimize the scheduling of Longyangxia-Liujiaxia reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yellow River in extreme climatic conditions such as continuous low hydrological years,the optimization model was established.An improved progressive optimization algorithm(ICGC-POA)was proposed to solve the model.The results was analyzed from aspects of water supply and reservoir power generation,operation situation,preventing ice jam and ecological flow.It shows that in continuous dry year,the optimized results of Longyangxia-Liujiaxia cascade reservoirs group for electricity and water supply reliability are increased,and the results of the study will provide the theoretical basis and the decision for reservoir scheduling in the upper reaches of the Yellow River during the continuous dry year.
